This video is part of a research project focused on bird calls and songs. Based on descriptions found in ornithology guides, nine volunteers attempt to vocally interpret the sound they imagine. Each performer brings their own personal and unique rendition, according to their imagination, knowledge, and auditory memory… This polyphony for nine voices reflects the inventive nature and variations between the different interpretations.
